The Challenge

This year, Never Give Up was the theme of our long standing client IMS’ annual conference. That’s because they were bringing Mr. James Castrission, a real life hero, to motivate their team. Cas, with his friend Jonesy, is an adventurer and motivational speaker and has set a world record in crossing the South Pole unaided AND BACK.

The Innovation

Team CC got to work to create a pre-conference excitement among the IMS team with ‘Antarctica Survival’ themed Teaser posters, and a unique platform for a social competition. Concept: Never Give Up We created a social event where IMS people shared real life #NeverGiveUp instances. The closed Facebook group was an instant success. Soon the gala event came up and with it, Team CC went in Gear 3 with tent cards, LED backdrops, standees, merchandise and a splendid art-on-easel display of the Polar expedition photos. As a memento, we designed a life-size wall collage of the entire #NeverGiveUp journey for their Reception Area walls.

Execution

IMS’ annual conference witnessed #Nevergiveup presented in a way like never before. Right from ‘Antarctica Survival’ themed Teaser posters, a closed Facebook group where IMS people shared real life #NeverGiveUp instances, to tent cards, LED backdrops, standees, merchandise and a splendid art-on-easel display of the Polar expedition photos, everything created the aura of the “Never say die” spirit.
