The Challenge

To bring in as many walk-ins as possible for the admission season at Marwadi University, a NAAC A+ accredited university based in Rajkot. The challenge lay in attracting students to move to a non-metro city from across Gujarat.

The Innovation

We targeted students using both English and their regional language Gujarati through the same campaign. This campaign aimed and succeeded at creating a feeling of belongingness for students through the use of short poetries. These were written from the perspective of a current student of the university, and every poem talked about a list of USPs of the university without sounding like a sales pitch.

Execution

We designed a series of beautiful print ads showing the largesse of the university which carried the poem, which was short enough to capture attention. From streetlight pole kiosks to the smallest outgoing communication, we made sure the ‘My University, My Universe’ line and idea was carried everywhere.
