The Challenge
For their annual conference in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, they wanted an opening film representing the ethos of the company. Representatives from 18 countries were to attend the conference.
The Innovation
We decided to travel the world with the sun touching each country on the way. Empresaria has offices in 18 countries and hence we wanted to incorporate each country’s characteristics, famous monuments and culture. Concept: Global reach/Local focus.
Execution
The film starts with the sunrise in Japan and then travels across the globe. Each country is described with a word that also is a value that describes Empresaria. Awaken in Japan, Rise and Shine in Philippines, Wonder in Hongkong, Take the Plunge in Australia, Grab Opportunites in Singapore, Nuture Talent in Malaysia, Carve a Niche in Thailand, Involve and Indulge in Indonesia, Build in China, Bond in India, Impress in Dubai, Seek Recognition in Estonia, Grow in Finland, Inspire in Slovakia, Amaze in Czech Republic, Tell a Story in Austria, Focus on Quality in Germany, Bring Together in UK and Share in Chile.
The Outcome
The film was well appreciated at the conference and employees across the globe could relate to it.
